Biggest Insult in my life

<p>Yesteday 13 May 2017 i odered something meaty and chicken triple decker at 19:26 hungry as hell, and i was promised 40 min it will be delivered. I told them i will swope the card. after an hour of waiting, i recieved a call at 20:36 a consultant explaining that they waiting for the speedpoint they have only 2(wonder such a big company of hat they cant do.) and the lady said in 10min they will come and deliver, i offered to come and fetch it and pay and she asured me in 10min. another hour passed and it was only delivered at 21:58 and no apology whatsoever.</p> <p>the Pizza was cold, we had to put it on microwave thanks to debonairs Scottsville, nd I called the manager incharge and she didnt even apologies and say anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>cystomer service is important to every business and thank you so uch Debonairs i wish i had gone to Romans.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p>
