Beware Debonairs raw soggy Pizza at Randburg Square

Beware of the vegetarian pizza they make at Randburg Square Debonairs, Mine was soggy and sticking to the box. The tomato paste put on the bottom was raw, the dough not cooked, it looked like a Pizza someone didn't eat that sat there for 60+ minutes. when I queried why the pizza was like that the Manager ALICE said " the vegetarian Pizza comes like that and we should have specified that we wanted it medium or well-done, but when they put it in the oven it comes out raw". she also went on to insinuate that we don't know vegetarian pizza's!! SUPRISINGLY I have been a vegetarian for 17yrs and have had debonairs on numerous occasions,. I've got a picture if anyone wants to see it plus the order number, she kept us waiting there and went on about Her business counting coins and entertaining other staff members who had then gathered to see what was going on, she refused to give managements details. I then offered to leave mine which she refused and later on after some coercing from Sthabile she then took the down rudely. she said that there is nothing that debonairs can do and that she is the manager and only her can give a final decision. So DEBONAIRS is there really nothing you can do ? if so shame on you!!!! are you leaving your good name in the hands of Alice at Randburg Square? needless to say the following morning we woke up with runny tummies after having just a slice. she even refused to give a voucher or a refund of our money and said that we either take that SAME pizza which she intended to put in the oven for a few more minutes!!!!! we left that uncooked pizza with her and did not hear from her or anyone in management until today. really?? no money no Pizza. ******.
