Beachfront East London - Order never arrived
Placed an order online (Reference: # 603604) for delivery and the order didn't arrive. Called the store several times after an hour to no luck. I feel cheated, why did they accept the order if they're not going to honour it. I feel cheated, could have spent my money elsewhere let alone the embarrassment I suffered as my guests left with empty stomachs after waiting for almost 2hrs. Please pay back my money. So much for brand loyalty!
