Banbury crossing

I placed an order on the phone and was told my order would be ready in 15-20mins. I arrive at the store at Banbury Crossing 30mins later and ONLY then they started to process my order meaning I need to wait 45mins and the cashier/manager is clearly clueless of what’s happening, struggling to concentrate on one customer at a time and overwhelmed by the Uber eats drivers! Worst service by far!
