Balfour park manager is rude and cannot deal with disputes

If I could give zero rating I could the manager at steer + debonairs pizza in balfour the guy is horrible with customers. i was double debited @ steers where he did not want to refund me but eventually he did as I started speaking to other customers about it moving to the following week I bought pizza at debonairs where I was triple debited due to an error on system and the manager refused to refund me saying they need to call some company since they not the ones doing debit I was fine with that since it was late I said I will come back the following day the manager was refusing to acknowledge the triple debit and started insulting me telling me he will ban me from those store the cashiers and other staff member did try and show him how wrong he was but he was not having it ...the manager for steers & debonairs in balfour Park need training as he knows nothing about serving customers
