Bad/worst customer service

I ordered pizza at debonair Kagiso mall that took more than 2 yours before it was delivery. I called several time to find out what was happening with my order only to be **** to by the call centre agents who answered my call claiming that my order doesn't appear whereas I received a comfirmation sms of my order. and the other one told me that the shop is already closed Which was a lie. When it finally arrived it was cold and the box was squashed and as for the sides they were bad in a way that my mom and sisters got sick from eating the pizza. I wasted my money, from today onward I will never but debonair pizza again.
