Bad very bad service at Debonairs Cresta Mall

On the 26th of March 2020, we bought pizzas online to collect from Debonairs pizza in Cresta mall. For a big fan of debonairs, I was highly disappointed by the service provided to us. After 40 minutes of our online order, we went to the restaurant to collect our pizzas, to our surprise to find out after an hour being there, to be told that our online order was not captured.

We then had to wait for yet another hour and 30 minutes to get our order, which had things we did not ask for. My double crammed crust had bacon and a lot of cheese, that time I wanted chicken. I can't even begin to describe how horrible our pizzas were. When we enquired about the wrong ingredients, we were told that they ran out of chicken, no tomatoes, no mushrooms, so they made their own shi*.
