Bad treatment from Debonairs pizza at maponya mall

Since last year till now I am still waiting for maponya mall debonairs pizza manager who called and said he wll call again after 15 t0 20 min till now.i think they are taking advantage .because the is no feed back.i placed order on the 22 till due they not doi anything. I am the one calling and doi all of ups and down but on their side nothing is done. I am so angry and disappointed at the same time.
