Bad treatment by Debonairs management

I got bad experience with the Debonairs Phola mall and Debonairs kwamhlanga complex that is under 1 management poor management and communication is very bad I’m the service provider i receive a call for electrical maintenance they approve the quote I worked the shop is on running now they are to pay don’t pick up my calls management send only WhatsApp that they will come back to me still in the meetings everyday even on Sunday and night I worked with the previous owner for past 4 harry l All was perfect
