Bad, tasteless service experience

Good day Debonairs Franchise(Kagiso Mall, Gauteng) It is with much regret and disturbance about the service I encountered with your franchise, based at Kagiso Mall, Gauteng Province, on the evening dated 11 August 2023. I am a good and loyal customer of yours however, the conduct and responses by the Manager in charge of this said date left my mouth tasteless. I had ordered Pizza on the Debonair's app, selecting Khetha 5(REPEAT LAST ORDER) as I usual do and this is evident from all my transaction orders at the franchise. It was with disappointment to receive the order contain ONE x 5 same flavoured choice instead of the usual, selected, repeated last order of different choices. I called the franchise and spoke at length with the Manager in charge. After several request to resolve the matter professional, he refused to amend this order and insisted it was my fault and the Pizza cannot be rectified at all. Even though I asked him, as a Manager, that he has a mandate to correct the incident from escalating further, he still refused and blamed me for what could have occurred on the Debonair's App. Irrespective of the evidence from all my previous orders on Khetha 5, he still refused. It was my daughter's birthday, turning 12 years old and with regrett, we had to throw away that ordered Pizza and opted for an alternative Friday supper. In order to continue our relationship with your franchise, I would suggest that you give this matter your full attention as there might be a lot of customers experiencing service frustrations with your franchise in Kagiso Mall.
