Bad Sevirce 2 times in 1 week

I ordered pizza on the 4th October and found pot scrubber in it. Contacted complaints line and was helped, Pizza was replaced. Today saturday the 7th I ordered pizza again and a very rude driver calls and tells me to come and collect my pizza at the street behind me. Because there is a water in my street. I called the store to inform them of their driver's rudeness, assuming they will sort this out. Manager tells me the driver is nigerian and that's how they speak.

As I explain to him that the water is not so much that a car could get stuck since a lot of cars have been passing there all day. The response was...there is nothing I can do. I either walk out to collect pizza or forget about it. What would be the point of calling for pizza delivery and then having to walk out a distance to still collect it?

Nigerian driver or not...employees should be taught how to speak to clients as they are in client service industry.
