On Monday 2nd November I was at Vangate debonairs to buy pizza when I got home I noticed there change cashier gave me R40.00 which was two twenty rand notes I just took the change put it in my wallet because I was in a RUSH to my surprise when I get home cleaning out my wallet I received a twenty rand note which was covered beneath a proper note I cannot describe the state it is in how she would give money that will give me problems to do purchase with .

I then called number that I googled *** was advised it's a call centre number not getting any joy from that calling repeatedly eventually got through to third agent who took down my number said she will get Manager to call me back . .

Manger by the name of Chantel called me I explained the situation she then advised me I must come to the store for exchange of the twenty rand note asked her what reward am I going to get just to come to the store to exchange this note because of spite of the cashier or being undermined by her that she would issue me with money that will give me problems.

Firstly I do not go to Vangate often she then advised she will send her driver when asked her for friendly gesture of getting pizza for the price I purchased it for she dismissed that insisted will get driver to drop off the money at my place .

Tuesday no feedback of getting my details .

I had to send her a what's app chat massage for feedback 4th of November as to what is happening regarding the exchange of this note still today I got no Joy from Chantel I than advised her I will be logging complaint on Hello Peter and also enquired from her on whose expense must I come to store for this exchange for being sabotaged by the cashier no reply .

I will be forwarding attached conversation between Chantel and I when we communicated via what's app attachments will be sent individually both .
