bad servise

i placed an order at 11am at debonairs mall which is literally right opposite where I work, I asked them how long is it going they said 15 minutes at 11:20 I gave them a call they said 4 minutes at bare in mind I ordered 3 real deal pizzas, at 11:40 I called again and they said they are at the gate well I decided to take a walk to have a look to my surprise no one was there at 11:50 they call and said they are at the gate so I refused to take the order. honestly waiting for 1 hour for pizza and they telephone etiquette is very terrible they cant even speak properly
