Bad Servise

<p>I write this complain with an empty stomach. Today I placed an order with Debonairs Pizza Norwood store at 12:24 and I was told that my order will be delivered to me in the next 45 minutes and the lady who assisted me was by the name of Julia, after an hour I called in to ask about my order and Julia told me my order has been handed to the driver and she'll do a follow up and call the driver to find out how far he is to delivering my order, another 30 minutes passed and I was still waiting from my order and I called Julia again which she gave me the same story that she'll call the driver again and check I gave her my cell number as she said she'll get back to me she never did, after 15 minutes I call in to speak with the manager by the name of Justin. when I got the story from Justin the manager he said he had just been advised 10 minutes ago that there's a mess up with my order none of the drivers where handed my order all this time 2 hours I had been calling Julia she didn't take the matter to the manager as the manager told me he is the only one authorised to call the drivers, Julia has been saying to me she is calling the driver to check my order but she's been lying to me as a customer, such poor service from Debonairs Norwood and dishonesty from the staff member, my slip for the order I placed was no where to be found and they couldn't even meet me half way to get everything done. Justin said they busy with my order 30 minutes ago it is now 15:00 and no one from Debonairs has stepped into my office to deliver. So much from Debonairs Norwood.</p>
