Bad services , intruder and physical attack

Hi yesterday my younger brother Order pizza from Debonairs at 7 pm and the pizza only got delivered at 9pm and we all know that when the pizza is cold we dont pay for it but when my brother told the delivery guy he psyhcialy attacked my brothers and forced himself inside the house and there was blood we have pictures and the name of the delivery guy , so the next day my brothers went to the Debonairs at Maponya mall laid the complaint and Mashudu the manager told both my brothers that there's nothing she can do to help . My brother has a recording of the Maponya Debonairs saying that and she told them to go lay a charge and so they left and that's what they did . The service was and still is bad please do something with those people and their pizza is always late paying we pay out of decency but this time we've had it .
