Bad Services Ever had

This is worst experience I have ever had with Debonairs, your orders are always late I understand you have lots of orders. I ordered a pizza on the app for the first, I chose Tshwane Regional Mall Debonairs, I waited hour which is understandable but after that hour I received notification that my order is on the way, 2 minutes later I received another one that says my order has arrived, a minute when a run outside I'm receiving another notification that says my order has been collected. I never received anything until the driver came after 15 minutes of receiving those notifications. The driver didn't call or text, I had to keep on going out just to check. When the driver gives me my order, he didn't even bother to Apologize, when I asked him him did I received notifications that my order was received before you came, he tells me he has lots of orders, what does that has to do with inconveniencing me. Thus is seriously an inconvenience because I was waying my other options. I'm seriously not happy with experience and it's definitely my last.
