Bad services because they will say sorry

Good morning...

I'm writing this complaint which is repeatedly done by the same shop.... yesterday i place an order around 5.00 in the evening from the call centre then around 5.29 the Thevhani mall debonairs pizza called me to confirm my order and my cell number i gave them my wife number because she was the one who was supposed to receive the pizza. I asked them the duration then they said 20min the I said to then I'm giving you 30min approx. they said yes then around 19.00 my wife called me and told that the pizza haven't arrived yet..I asked her to wait a bit. At 19.16 the driver called me then i told him that I'm not the one who is going to receive pizza i gave him my wife number.... @ 20.00 i was arriving home from Polokwane and the pizza was not yet there pass 8 the driver called he's in my gate. the pizza its cold and hard and my wife is pregnant she couldn't eat that pizza.... remember i stay 10minutes away from Thavhani mall... this is unacceptable I can't take this anymore because it also happens to me on the 30 of September... imagine ordering a pizza for your pregnant wife and you drove from Polokwane to Thohoyandou, and the pizza haven't arrived for 2hours.

What they can do is to call and say we are sorry my wife didn't eat that pizza like what they did on the 30th of September.
