Bad services

I ordered a pizza telephonically just now and when they deliver the pizza the dot was black i just asked the lady why is it black and the answer was because I just opened the back that why was like really so the dot turns black when u open the bag but your debonairs services says if the dot is black its free...so its not the 1st I experience this with debonairs so clearly you service is based on lies
