Bad Services

My daughter has been crying for a Debonairs pizza the whole day. I went to Debonairs at Palm Springs Mall on the 4th of November 2017. I was told that there were no "boxes" and I cannot be served the Pizza. I politely asked the lady that I would take the Pizza without the box and I was willing to take it using my own plate. The Lady refused and she told me that actually they out of stock. I asked for the Manager and I was told that the Manager was not in the shop. I then called the Helpline as I was not be assisted and the kid was insisting that she wants the Pizza. After 5 minutes I was called back to the shop and apparently the Manager was there. I am very dissapointed that Debonairs serves us with Pizza however we are denied the opportunity to get our favourite Pizza because some woman does not care about customers. I ended up buying a large Pizza just to give my kid the Pizza she was crying for the whole day.
