Bad services

Good day , I'm not happy with the way Debonairs in gatesville accept my order and accept my money online payment when they don't inform or let me know that they will deliver only once the payment was done and after a hour they let me know that they can not deliver in my area which I understand another thing why accept my order and take my money. They offer me to get the driver that delivers the pizza half way which is out of my area and why would I even do pizza delivery in the first place actually I'm really not impressed and I'm only getting my money back after 3 days
