Bad service("No service") from debonairs

We ordered our supper from debonairs westgate mall at 19:00 It's now 21:55 and we are still waiting. We have called numerous times I've used up R90 airtime trying to get through to them but haven't gotten through to speak to anyone, the phone just rings and rings they put you on hold and the call just never gets answered and it's not even the weekend they arent even that busy it's only Wednesday evening. I think this is very poor service because they can't even deliver any quality of service to to paying customers by answering the phone.
