Bad service, rude attitude, rude driver

Debonair pizza Jabulani mall@ 25/06/2022 the driver Pheello came after 2 hours and 30 with a cold pizza demanding me to pay for it after that he became rude, so when I gave him the money he took it and refused with the pizza then initially wanted my money back he put it down and left, called the store 7 times with my own airtime request the manager who's his surname is Nkomo he said he will call after 20 minutes now its 45 minutes later and I called them back he was then refusing to take the call now(the manager) and the lady Kelegile had a bad customer service. I want action taken by today, I want a call back and the pizza I ordered 3 hours ago.
