Bad service repeatedly

<p>Hello</p> <p>Last month electricity went off at our neighborhood and we decided to get pizza. It came after 1:30 minutes. As if that was not enough, the Avocados were rotten and the bun for the sub was just falling apart. I reported the matter and also sent them pictures on their site and they keep smsing me that my case has been assigned. Even to this day 4 weeks down the line nothing has happened. Yesterday we craved pizza again and decided to give them a chance. It came in time but there were no Avocados at all even though we paid for them. When i called the manager she said she will send someone to give us our refund. Nobody came so i realised that she just said that so i can hang up. I am really angry because their pizza is not cheap they can't be giving us such ****py service. I want my refund for the two orders and have nothing to do with debonairs ever. They need to understand that they are not the best and they have competition.</p>
