Bad service rendered

Lethabo Makgatho 18:22 I was given a voucher, then today I went to redeem it but it says I need to top it up in order for me to buy. So basically I will be buying the voucher, so they should stop giving us vouchers that doesn't work. If that's how they want to attract customers, it's a very bad way of running a business.
