Bad service rendered

I would like to share bad service experience with Peotea Gardens branch. I placed at an order via call center at round about 14h40 and I waited patiently. At 15h30 still no delivery and mind you its only 2 min walk from the store to where I work, I then call again and I was transferred to the store and spoke to Alex. He said to me with confidence that my order has been sent out already and I said to him there is no way coz that order should have been here long time ago and then he said to me he will call back of which he did. This time he said he is sorry the order is not out but he had a shortage of chicken but the he is sending aomeone right away to me to deliver. I waited and waited and nothing. Again mind you it takes only 2 minutes to get to my work and I understand its monthend and busy as well but to wait for almost 2 hours for food is uncalled for. My whole staff was not happy about this let alone me. I don't think I will ever bother myself again by ordering there, I'm very disappointed and I'm expecting someone to call me about this ????
