Bad service, quality and false representation

I ordered pizza (delivery) from Debonairs, the one in Thabong, Sebokeng.... Took 3 hours to get my order and when it finally got here, it was cold, the box was damaged from probably the stack of pizzas that were placed on top of it and they delivered it with the wrong drink. The fillings were very minimal especially the chicken (I had ordered creamy chicken by the way)the were little to none shavings of chicken inside. As if that wasn't enough, my order was R185. 90 and the driver told me it was R190...he didn't have a speed point with when I had told them that I would be paying with a card when I was placing the order so I had to search for money luckily I had R200, when I gave it to him he looked for change then upon realising that he didn't have it he said the R10 was for delivery.... I'm very angry and disappointed because they didn't tell me there was a delivery charge, I mean they advertise free delivery but the guy said because my place is more than 3mtrs away from the shop, they charge.... Which is a lye and of course the quality of the pizza didn't make me happy as it was squashed.
