Bad service on a Sunday

Decided to get pizza on Sunday, got to debonairs dube the shop was empty ordered my pizza all good the order was quick but I had to wait close to 25 mins after my food was prepared because the driver took the speedpoint machine with him, how does a shop like that only rely on one speedpoint machine ????? That’s not even in the shop at all times it was trully dissapointing and not even a sincere apology from the stafff they didn’t see anything wrong with this.
