Bad service. Not helpful.
I just called to order pizza for delivery. First called my Randburg branch only to be told it's closed. <br> I then called Colony centre on JanSmuts ave, only to find the most unhelpful and disinterested team. I spoke to a lady who then referred me to her manager. I'm in Blairgowrie I'm being told I can't order for delivery as I am more than 5km away (I'm actually 3,4km away). I then dial again. The lady this time agrees to assist however wants my Street number, I don't know this, however have my street name and house number. <br> <br> She insisted that she can not help me. I was so annoyed by how unwilling they were to help. Pity as I always get good service from Randburg.
