BAD SERVICE , NO MANNERS AND NO DELIVERY

Today I placed an order using my mum's online account at 13:09, at 13:35 I called to find out where my order is and I was told it's out for delivery.

So here I am waiting for my food to be delivered , I get a call from a rude delivery guy at 13:45 telling me that my address does not suffices , i correct him he hangs up the call without telling me anything.

Don't the delivery guys have phones ?

my question is why when I called I was not asked for confirmation of my address, why is Debonairs hiring rude, ill-mannered people ?

Is this the fast service you advertise ?

I've heard people tell me about this bad service and I was always defending this place today I can say I agree with them .
