Bad service no delivery

I ordered online last night two pizzas as i was working double shift i was hungry and in hurry but know that it is raining and food may take longer to deliver but evantually after hour and a half i phoned online number and said i ordered two pizzas from hill brow branch and still waiting since 18:30 . They transferred me to hillbrow branch and said due to rain they taking longer but will get pizza soon. After 30 min i phoned again and said that the guy left and would be at me soon. I waited till 9 and phoned again after standing at window to check if they arrive that i can go down as i am working in hotel and they were closed. I left it this morning i spoke to the manager of branch and said that the drivsr was there but couldnt get hold of me but had my phone on me whole time and sittkng at window. She said she is sorry and what she should do from a manager suppose to know what to do. I asked her first to send pizza but not going to pay for it. Her reply was at 12:30 they actually still closed and will send pizza as soon as oven is ready. On a friday lunch time still not opened ***. I eventually said send the pizza and i will pay. After 30 min i phoned again and said they still closed she will phone me once they open and take my order. Realy terrible experience and unfortunately due to one branch k*k service i will not buy from any branch anymore as this was not my first bad experience neither my second.
