Bad service/no delivery
My wife, Vanessa, phoned Debonairs pizza at 18:15 and placed an order for pizza to be delvered at our house in Kiblerpark. At about 19:45 we tried several times to phone but couldnt get through. I decided to drive to Debonairs. I arrived there at 20:05. I spoke to Precious and told her about what happened. She then located my order which havent even left yet to be delivered. She tried to tell me that my wife only phoned at 19:21 but on the tiilslip the time is 18:21. I really think that the service is totally non existant at this branch. I spoke to the manager, Masechaba, who just shrugged her shoulders. I certainly will not buy from Debonairs Pizza again.
