Bad service Mphakathi mall mohlakeng

I'm not happy with the service, this is the forth time I'm given a drink that I didn't select on their site and I always understood and they always lie about calling and not getting hold off me to let me know because I always make sure if I missed a call, I call back. One main thing I don't understand is why do they add products that they don't have stock of and why make it the clients problem. This time when I didn't want the drink I didn't order the driver decided not to bring my drink back worse he tells me that he doesn't have the one that I have after I have paid. Yes it might seems as I'm complaining for a small change but it is change that I've worked for as much as they wouldn't understand when I'm short I don't as well... I want my 1.5l coke money as well as my tip back pls.
