Bad service/lying workers

I placed an order ten minutes later I decided to collect rather than have it delivered and the cashier told me it has left for delivery which in my opinion was a lie because they couldn't have had it ready that fast but I didn't want to get into any arguments about it so I said I'll wait for the delivery one hour thirty minutes later I called and they still told me the same story I had to wait another one hour for the pizza. Meaning I had to wait two hours 30 minutes for something that I could have picked up myself but they **** to me, it was so pathetic I almost did not take the pizza but i felt bad for the driver. your workers shouldn't be doing what is convenient for them rather it should be about the customer before people order food they are hungry they don't order for fun.
