Bad Service, Incorrect food, waiting period to long.

<p>We tried the Delivery Services of Debonairs Brackenfell.............</p> <p> </p> <p>It started with a phone call to place the order, the time was 19:00, saturday 09 July 2016, firstly the lady, after spelling our address 3 times, she confirmed that she could not deliver to our address, we live exactly 2.2 km from Debonairs Brackenfell..... How is this to far........ after numerious discussions about why they could not deliver we decided to place the order with her and collect the pizza ourselfs......as this was getting rather frustrating.............. upon arrival 15 minutes later the pizzas was not done........so we waited. At 20:25 we were asked what our number was and we gave the number the lady opens the box with "our" pizzas (that was cold already) only to realise it was our order but not our pizzas...... the entire group of staff is unhelpful not only with customers but to each other. they have one cashier and the male who stood next to this poor lady refused to take the incomming call as she was busy with a walk in customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>We will not be using Debonairs in future, as we are unsatisfied with how they run their business.</p>
