Bad service from more than one outlet,.

I tried to order a pizza online and the services were not available so I reached out and called Debonairs Rivonia. I called about 10 times and no answer. I then called Debonairs Sunninghill like 10 times and they too did not answer the phone. I then called the Debonairs in Sandton on Maude street and they too did not answer. how is one suppose to order pizza if the phone is just left ringing with no answer. I am very frustrated, So I order a pizza from Bryanston Debonairs and they say they can not deliever because it's not their radius and that they are not able to help me because that Denonairs is owned by a different person to any other Debonairs. so is Debonairs telling me that you guys have no consistency and that if I get good service I'm lucky because the owner cares. I am infuriated by this Franchise as this is not the first time.
