Bad Service from Montana Crossing

On 10 February 2024 I was visiting my mother in Montana Retirement Village. We ordered a pizza for lunch, and I asked for it to be left with security. The driver called me to confirm that he was to leave it at security, and I asked him to rather call me when he was close so I could meet him at security. I actually wanted to give him a personal tip. He never called me, but I got a message that he was close by so I went to security. He never arrived. We tried calling numerous times (at least 8, maybe more). When I called from my phone, the call was immediately killed. When we called from my mother's phone, the call was answered but as soon as they heard why we were calling, the call was killed again - even by Debonairs Customer Care. Eventually we drove to Montana Crossing, where we spoke to the driver. He then said he left it with security at Zambezi Retirement Village - even though the order clearly stated Montana Retirement Village, Kliippan Road. After spending more than half an hour at the branch we eventually managed to get the money back. Personally I think they know that Montana Villas (which was the number I gave for the order) is for assisted living, and that those residents will not be able to visit the branch, therefor the order was "delivered to the wrong address" and all of our calls were killed. Needless to say, as much as I love Debonairs Pizza, I will rather order from someone else in future.
