Bad Service from Manager called Katlego

We had a problem with a birthday voucher and the treatment we got from the so called Manager Katlego who was working in the till was horrible, she needs to go for customer service training she is very bad with customers. We spent over an hour trying to call their Head Office to resolve the problem using our airtime she just told us there is nothing she can do then we asked for the HO number which she just handled and still insisting they cant help us we are wasting time. When we asked to see the Manager she (Katlego) told us she was the Manager and there was nothing she can do. Eventually we were told by HO to ask for Justine who came with the General Manager named Thalitha who both assisted us within seconds and we left the shop very happy. Please remove that lady called Katlego or take her for training she does not deserve to be working with clients she is bad news its even worse that she is a Manager when she is so bad with clients
