Bad service from management

I went to Debonairs in Protea Glen on Thursday (25-feb-2021) around 20h00. I placed an order on the self service machine when I tried paying with my card, payment was declined twice (time out error) however I was charged. I explained the situation to the manager who just said to me while walking away "it happens, buy another pizza payment will reverse in 24 hrs if it doesn't come back we'll do a refund. " then he walked away.

I don't like how the manner in which the manager handled my query. Firstly he took his own time to come and assist me, when he eventually came, he did not even apologize for the inconvenience caused. When I said this to him his response was what do you want me to do. He made me feel so small, like I drove all the way to the small for freebie. To think that I was calm and just wanted to understand what I was suppose to do next.

This was the worse service EVER. I am waiting for my payment to reverse back into my account or my payment to be refunded if it doesn't reverse automatically then after I will never order anything at Debonairs.
