Bad service from debonairs walmer , manager absolutely rude and no manners

Very bad service received from debonairs walmer , placed an order at 19.15 and tracked on the app by 19.45 the pizza had not moved from preparation. I then called the call centre who then told me the pizza will arrive ar 20.00 , which came and pizza had not arrived. I called back and asked to be transferred to the store were I spoke to Martha who said they had called me and my phone was off. I explained to her my phone was not off as I had to track my pizza on it , she then asked me in a voice that you could hear she was not interested, she asked me do I still want the pizza or not ? I mean how do ask that question? I asked for the manager. I left my number the manager called me and now by a miracle they got hold of me on the same number they had claimed it's off.. he tells me he has been asked to call me after explaining to him again he goes and on about the calling , I tell him , they never did if they did there would be something that says of which no message came through and I ask him how did they get hold of me now.. ? I ask him what is then the solution coz I cannot wait another hour now .. he then says did I excpect to get a free pizza? I lost it how do place an order if I wanted a free pizza ? When I ask him for his name he drops the phone.. right now I feel like driving to this shop and clapping the man but I won't do that. I call the call centre again to complain and they tell me I need to complain to him and they also refused to give me the mans name.. it is the third time getting bad service from this store absolute no customer service , they dont know now to apologize and calm the customer. I ended up going to buy nandos at thia time kd the night.
