Bad Service from Debonairs Rivonia Village Shopping Centre

I ordered Pizza on the 14th and paid it at same time at around 13:10. i told them i will collect at 6 pm. when i got there doors were closed, , i usually by and collect later no problem. This time around doors I already promised my children a treat. Now i had to explain why i didn't bring home a pizza rather a chicken. Debonairs Rivonia i am not happy at all, i went to the store to get my money back and no remorse was shown by the staff, they just said sorry and i felt as if they saying so what F#@ Off, Debonairs Rivonia cannot go go extra mile, the manager was not remorseful too
