Bad service from debonairs mabopane square

I would to express my disappointment on the service I received yesterday at debonairs in Mabopane Square, I ordered my pizza and paid for delivery at 17:30, at 19:30 my pizza was still not delivered when I called the manager by the name of Johannes told me that the driver is on his way to deliver it. He even said they have been trying to call me for address which is a lie they never called. At 20:00 I had to drive there to collect as it was still not delivered. By the time they called it was 20:30 and I was already there at the shop. While I was busy talking with Johannes I told him that I have been trying to call him and he's not picking up his phone he said his phone is in the charger the 2 minutes later his phone rang and he took it out of his pocket, answered it and left me standing there and never came back.
