Bad service from debonairs

Absolutely ridiculous service I received from Debonairs Broadway Durban. I purchased the on the double for delivery at 18.21pm. The driver arrives around 7pm. My son goes to receive the order and they only give him 1 Pizza. It is already cold!!!! Then I yet tu get ahold of the store and the *********** people at the call center keeps cutting the call or transferring me to a number that just rings and rings. Finally I get ahold of someone and ask the manager to call me. Prudence calls me with so much attitude!!! Says I'll just get the driver to deliver you the Pizza. I have debonairs a second chance after my previous issue. But it seems like you people have a history of bad service!!! I have had enough Absolutely enough of this!!!!
