Bad service from Daboirs pizza

To order pizza at debonairs pizza it's like a nightmare,if they don't bring you a wrong order,your order will short or something,but today my experience is worse than ever before.I arrived home at 17h00 and was very tired to prepare supper for my family, then I decided to to order pizza.As am writing to this review right now I haven't received my order.I use to get a bad service at debonair engine at hospital view, so today I decided to use the one at Tembi Mall,I just don't understand that is this culture with debonairs for not doing the right thing with their customers or what but this is very annoying in a way that I don't think I like their pizza anymore. I thought they only do this to me because I always complain about their bad service and today I used my daughter's cellphone number to make an order.Since 17h00 till now at 19h21 order not received 😢.I don't even know where am I going to start by preparing a meal for my daughter and she is so hungry I tried to call twice the lady who answered the call said she will call the store and ask them what's happening.She did and come back to saying the store doesn't answer her calls.I think the lady is from customer service,if they don't answer calls while we are waiting for our orders............am so ****ed off this time
