Bad service from 18h11 to 20h25

I ordered a pizza at 18h11 order number ***5, waited and waited until I make a phone call the uncaring consultant(woman) answered my call 19h15 and never asked my name or details of my order, but told me she will trace my order without order number or any information, until I run out of airtime, loaded airtime after +-15 to 20 min and I called again 19h29, the second consultant asked my details, my order number and he said he will call eldos debonair to find out what's wrong,and he promised to call me back which he did and told me my order will be delivered and he apologized on behalf of eldos debonair. The order was placed 18h11 and I received my order at 20h25.meaning they were delivering mzny orders because myy order was cold, Its not the first time I placed order at eldos but this time they showed me the good side of uncaring, why did they deliver cold pizza to me, that pizza costed 241 including delivery fee. You are such evil people in that business,my family wanted us to take the pizza back the problem was they will be closed by the time we arrived at the shop. The delivery man also told me that his bike doesn't have head lamps, (they are dead) you messed my day, no one will enjoy that cold pizza, u messed the love of ur pizza, I never get such bad service from you but this time you proved me wrong. You messed my love of your products
