BAD SERVICE

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an order I placed at Debonairs Pizza, Vangate Mall. I placed my order at approximately 5:30 PM today, but despite several follow-up calls (over 10 times), I have not received my order as of 9:00 PM.

What is more concerning is the extremely poor customer service I experienced during my final call. The person who answered referred to me dismissively as "this customer" and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is completely unacceptable behavior.

To date, I have neither received the ordered meal nor any communication regarding a cancellation or refund. I am deeply disappointed by this entire experience and request immediate action to resolve this issue.

Please respond as soon as possible, and ensure this matter is escalated to management. I expect a full refund and an apology for the inconvenience and poor service.
