Bad service

I ordered meaty cram decker at Debonairs Krugersdorp Paardekraal, after collecting my pizza when I get home it was burned and tasted like charcoal, returned it n demanded my money. After such a long time being their customers throughout the years n even during hard times of lockdown I get a burned pizza and not even an apology but just simply take your money and get out. That's the thanks people get for passing 3 pizza store to support them, never gonna order from them again.
