Bad service

I was so shocked at the atrocious service I received from Debonairs. I placed an online order round about 4pm. About two hours later I called the restaurant and was advised that my order was on route. I called two hours later again and was told that the order was with the driver and he would be here soon. It's now 10pm and I'm still waiting for my pizza. Why advise me the pizza was coming when I could have made alternative arrangement for supper. I wish I could give negative stars!!!
