Bad service

I ordered Pizza on the Debonairs App and paid online , time was 16:48 when I placed my order payment went through perfect. One hour passes I’m trying to track my order on the app it still said order accepted by the store okay I give them the benefit of the doubt because I’m human but that was my biggest mistake. I then decided to call the store to cancel my order but couldn’t get through so I called the customer service number several times and when I mean several I mean those useless agents wasted my airtime. I finally get to the manager of the store Jabulani Mall, another useless one that lady couldn’t help me with **** i mean if you see that you have a lot of orders why are you accepting more because you making people wait 2 hours for their food like that doesn’t make sense. Okay I speak to Basetsana the so called manager who number one doesn’t know that when you are wrong acknowledge and try to rectify like honestly alot of people are unemployed yet businesses like this hire people who cannot begin to comprehend let alone reason with someone. That lady is full of **** and she picked the wrong person, she and her entire staff of foreigners must be fired bunch of nonsense useless people. It’s so sad to see black people treat other black people like they are doing them favours. We work hard for our money and we find convenience in doing things online. Your staff at Jabulani Mall are giving the business a bad name.
