Bad service ever

Placed an order in Montana Crossin online @ 19h38. Is now 20:45 and I haven't received the order. Called the store 3 times they keep on saying they will call me back. I enquired the fourth time they said the pizza is out but they don't know the driver who took it. How on earth do u take this long to deliver and what is the purpose of online delivery if this is gonna take forever to deliver..... This is the bad service ever
