Bad service

I went to debonairs pizza last night at 19:54. I ordered a malva pudding and I asked the cashier how long it will take, she then said only 2 minutes I can just sit down. I sat down with hope that it will be prepared within the next 5 mins max. To my surprise I waited 25 minutes with them still not yet prepared my order. I'm truly disappointed and I don't wish to visit it ever again....
